Base behavior

Effect
Passively gain +18% speed and +9% evasion after moving 4 seconds; damage or stopping resets it.
Activation
Automatic while equipped. It consumes a normal Heart slot and cannot be triggered with that slot's input.
Base values
Move continuously for 4 seconds to reach +18% movement speed and +9% evasion.
Reset rule
Taking damage or remaining still for 0.2 seconds resets the buildup.

Compatible modifiers

Passive Hearts roll only Passive Potency and Attunement Speed. Both use harmful T1–T3 values and beneficial T4–T10 values; the Heart's elemental identity is an affinity rather than a damage source.

Passive modifier rules

Passive Potency
Multiplies the magnitude of Stillwater's mana regeneration, Stonebound's two defenses, or Windborne's movement and evasion. Calm Current has no numeric magnitude and therefore does not roll Potency.
Attunement Speed
Accelerates buildup toward the full effect or ready state. It does not alter Stonebound's moving decay rate or Windborne's fixed stationary reset window.
Affinity
Earth, Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Force remain as forge and visual identities, but Passive Hearts deal no damage and cannot inflict ailments.
